On Thursday 9 December, 2021, the Europe Direct Gozo organised the Eco-schools/YRE/Leaf Award Ceremony. Thsi event held virtually. It was the concluding event of the scheme that was organised in collaboration with Nature Trust – FEE Malta and EkoSkola Malta. The Gozo College Secondary School is the winner of this year’s edition, which will be awarded Euro 500 (sponsored by BOV) to implement sustainable projects.

We would also like to thank all the other participating schools: Gozo College Middle School; San Lawrenz Primary – The Friendly School; Laura Vicuna School; Saint Francis Kindergarten School Nadur; and St Theresa Primary School, Kerċem. Each participating school will be awarded Euro 100 to implement sustainable projects.
