EUROPE DIRECT was honoured to participate in this year’s 6th Form Freshers’ Day, an event that welcomed students embarking on the next phase of their academic journey. The occasion provided an excellent platform to introduce students to the wide range of educational, professional, and cultural opportunities offered by the European Union.
Throughout the event, the EUROPE DIRECT team engaged with participants, offering insights into programmes such as Erasmus+, as well as various internship and volunteering initiatives designed to enhance young people’s skills, mobility, and civic engagement across Europe.
The enthusiasm and curiosity demonstrated by the students were truly inspiring. EUROPE DIRECT extends its sincere appreciation to the organisers for their collaboration and to all attendees who visited the stand to learn more about how the European Union supports youth development and active citizenship.
