As Gozo’s labour market continues to evolve, employers and businesses are increasingly encountering new realities related to workforce diversity, communication, and workplace dynamics. This seminar aims to provide practical insights and create constructive dialogue around these realities, while bringing together employers, organisations, and representatives from different communities within the same discussion.
The event will feature:
- Practical tools on how to manage workforce diversity
- Round table discussions and stakeholder dialogue
- Networking opportunities following the seminar
