EUROPE DIRECT Gozo, in collaboration with the CORE Platform, Caritas Gozo, the Jesuit Refugee Service (Malta), the Gozo Business Chamber, and Bank of Valletta, organised a seminar and dialogue session entitled “Managing Workforce Diversity”.
As Gozo’s labour market continues to evolve, employers and businesses are increasingly encountering new realities related to workforce diversity, communication, cultural awareness, and workplace dynamics. The seminar provided practical insights into these developments and created a space for constructive dialogue among employers, organisations, stakeholders, and representatives from different communities.
The event brought together participants from various sectors to discuss the opportunities and challenges arising from a more diverse workforce, while encouraging the exchange of experiences and good practices. The proceedings were held in English to facilitate wider participation and engagement.
Through this initiative, EUROPE DIRECT Gozo reaffirmed its commitment to supporting meaningful dialogue on emerging labour market realities. The event also highlighted the importance of fostering inclusive, respectful, and well-managed workplaces that reflect the evolving needs of Gozo’s economy and society.
