On the 2nd July, the Europe Direct Information Centre –Victoria, Gozo has organized a webinar on ‘Sustainable Living Post COVID-19’.
Guest speakers were Dr Elena Grech, Head of the European Commission Representation in Malta, who spoke about moving towards a more healthy and sustainable EU food system while Professor Charmaine Gauci, Superintendent of Public Health in Malta, spoke about the experiences of the COVID-19 and how to continue to make sustainable choices to live a healthy lifestyle.
The objective of this webinar is to offer people the opportunity and time to think and reflect more on how to improve our quality of life, and how to have a healthier lifestyle. It is important that we, as citizens, take care of our planet and take simple measures to move towards a more sustainable living. This is one of the main priorities being advocated by the European Union.
